Office Hours:

Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

After Hours:

We realize that children sometimes become sick at night. For this reason, a healthcare provider is always “on-call” for our established patients should they become ill “after hours.”

In order to reach us after hours, call our main telephone number, 328-7337, listen to the instructions and then press “0.” You will then be forwarded to our professional answering service. They will listen to your concerns and promptly relay them to the healthcare provider on-call who will then address those concerns appropriately.

If it’s after hours and you’re looking to cancel, or reschedule, your child’s appointment do not press “0”, instead just leave a message when instructed and we’ll process your request first thing once we get back.

Requests for prescription refills or the scheduling of appointments are handled much better during daytime office hours when your child’s medical records are available for review.

Emergencies:

If you ever feel that your child is having a medical emergency please contact 911 and/or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Scheduling Guidelines:

Please schedule your child’s appointments in advance whenever possible.  We ask that you also bring a copy of your health insurance card and a picture ID to every visit.

The following visits require advanced appointment scheduling:

  • New patient visits
  • Periodic well baby exams
  • Annual well child exams
  • Pre-op physicals; and
  • School/sports/cheerleader/camp physicals.

This is primarily due to the increased time and documentation associated with these exams.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your child’s initial visit. This will give you ample time to complete any necessary forms. If you prefer you may download these forms, complete them, and bring them to your child’s initial visit.

For all subsequent visits, please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your child’s scheduled appointment time.

If you realize that you will not be able to show up to a scheduled appointment, please call our office, as soon as possible, so we may offer that time slot to another child.
